Returns and Exchanges

• Quality Products:

May be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided the product's original condition, packaging, and documentation are preserved (Part 4, Article 26.1 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law).

• Defective Products:

Accepted within the warranty period. Return shipping costs will be covered by the Seller.

• Return Process:

Submit a return request to julia_amber@inbox.ru, attaching:
- Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice)
- Photos of the product

The Seller will provide further instructions upon receiving your request.
