This document constitutes a public offer by LLC "Yantarnaya Kosmetika" (INN 3906977418, KPP 390601001, OGRN 1153926038771), represented by General Director Fedor Vladimirovich Kaplin, address: 238580, Russia, Kaliningrad region, urban settlement Yantarny, ul. Zheleznodorozhnaya, d. 15, kv. 1A, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", to conclude a remote sales agreement for goods via the website julia-amber.com under the terms stated below.
1.2. The "Buyer" is any individual or legal entity who places an order on julia-amber.com and accepts the terms of this offer.
1.3. The acceptance of this offer is constituted by placing an order, making payment, or receiving the goods by the Buyer.
2. Subject of the Agreement2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer cosmetic goods listed in the catalog of julia-amber.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Goods") to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them in accordance with this agreement.
3. Order Placement Procedure3.1. Orders may be placed:
- On julia-amber.com by adding items to the cart and completing the order form;
- By phone at +7 (981) 469-73-01;
- Via email at julia_amber@inbox.ru.
- 3.2. The Buyer must provide accurate details: full name, contact phone number, and delivery address.
- 3.3. The Seller reserves the right to verify order details via the provided contacts.
4. Pricing and Payment4.1. Prices on the website are listed in rubles (VAT exempt).
4.2. Payment methods:
- Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Mir) via payment gateway;
- Bank transfer to the Seller’s account (for legal entities).
- 4.3. Payment is deemed complete upon receipt of funds to the Seller’s account.
5. Delivery5.1. Delivery method:
- Russian Post;
- 5.2. Delivery costs and timelines are calculated during checkout and depend on the selected option.
- 5.3. The risk of accidental loss or damage transfers to the Buyer upon the Goods being handed to the carrier.
6. Returns and Exchanges6.1.
Non-defective Goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt if the original packaging, labels, and documentation are intact (Part 4, Article 26.1 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law).

Defective Goods are accepted within the warranty period. Return shipping costs are borne by the Seller.

7. Liability7.1. The Seller is not liable for:
- Delivery delays caused by the carrier;
- Buyer’s misuse of the Goods.
- 7.2. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled in court at the Seller’s location.
8. Confidentiality8.1. The Buyer’s personal data is processed per the Privacy Policy available at julia-amber.com.
